DELIVERY
We offer an end-to-end delivery solution on all products. Delivery includes long haul in-country, cross border, and last mile. The delivery costs and timelines per order are stated on the checkout page. We use various third party couriers to deliver items, but we take full responsibility for each delivery. We use specialised couriers to ship exceptionally large or heavy items. Our logistics services include parcel/shipment tracking and reverse logistics management. We offer our logistic solution even for goods not purchased on our platform.
